Para a CTS AG, o futuro operador do Cargo sous terrain, \u00e9 mais um marco.<\/p>\n<p>(Basel, 29.01.2020) Na consulta sobre a lei federal su\u00ed\u00e7a para o transporte de mercadorias subterr\u00e2neo, o Cargo sous terrain (CST) recebeu o apoio de uma grande maioria dos atores da pol\u00edtica e da economia. Com base nesses feedbacks positivos, de diferentes partidos e setores, o Conselho Federal decidiu, em 29 de janeiro de 2020, criar a base legal para o Cargo sous terrain. O Conselho Federal tamb\u00e9m apoia o objetivo do CST de promover o projeto como uma inova\u00e7\u00e3o financiada de forma privada, em sua maioria nas m\u00e3os su\u00ed\u00e7as.Com a decis\u00e3o de hoje do Conselho Federal de estabelecer a base legal para o transporte de mercadorias subterr\u00e2neo, o projeto intergeracional CST alcan\u00e7ou mais um marco. A lei \u00e9 a condi\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via para a poss\u00edvel realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema log\u00edstico global inovador. Ela estabelece condi\u00e7\u00f5es claras para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o das instala\u00e7\u00f5es e a seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica necess\u00e1ria para os investidores. Isso abre caminho para um procedimento de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de planejamento unificado.<\/p>\n<p>Amplo apoio ao Cargo sous terrain<\/p>\n<p>A grande maioria dos que se pronunciaram v\u00ea a necessidade do sistema de transporte de mercadorias inovador. De acordo com estimativas do governo, a quantidade de mercadorias transportadas por estrada e ferrovia aumentar\u00e1 em 37% at\u00e9 2040 em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com 2010. Isso representa um enorme desafio para o sistema log\u00edstico su\u00ed\u00e7o. O CST est\u00e1 desenvolvendo uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o inteligente e eficiente para isso. Mais de 90% das mercadorias que o CST transportar\u00e1 no futuro seriam, de outra forma, deslocadas por estrada. O transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio e o CST s\u00e3o complementares, pois no transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio ocorrem poucos transportes pequenos e baseados em paletes, como os que o CST tem em foco.<\/p>\n<p>CST ecologicamente significativamente melhor do que o transporte convencional de mercadorias<\/p>\n<p>O sistema de transporte de mercadorias operado exclusivamente com energia renov\u00e1vel \u00e9 ecologicamente significativamente melhor do que o transporte convencional. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os transportes de caminh\u00f5es atuais, resulta em uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 80% nas emiss\u00f5es de CO2 por tonelada de mercadorias transportadas. O primeiro trecho de H\u00e4rkingen-Niederbipp a Zurique economiza 40.000 toneladas de equivalentes de CO2 por ano, o que corresponde \u00e0s emiss\u00f5es anuais de 7.500 habitantes de Moutier. Mesmo em um futuro com caminh\u00f5es el\u00e9tricos, o CST se sai ecologicamente melhor do que todos os outros cen\u00e1rios de transporte, devido tamb\u00e9m a emiss\u00f5es de ru\u00eddo significativamente mais baixas e ao consumo de terra fortemente reduzido.<\/p>\n<p>Log\u00edstica urbana conectada para cidades su\u00ed\u00e7as inteligentes<\/p>\n<p>A log\u00edstica urbana conectada do Cargo sous terrain deve aliviar as cidades em at\u00e9 30% do tr\u00e1fego de entrega e em 50% das emiss\u00f5es de ru\u00eddo. Um controle superior do transporte de mercadorias ao longo de toda a cadeia de valor e a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o oportuna e direcionada das mercadorias no t\u00fanel tornam isso poss\u00edvel. Os pontos de venda e os consumidores finais n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o mais atendidos separadamente por diferentes fornecedores, mas ser\u00e3o fornecidos de forma coordenada a partir dos City Hubs com ve\u00edculos ambientalmente amig\u00e1veis. O fornecimento e a remo\u00e7\u00e3o ocorrer\u00e3o em uma \u00fanica rota.<\/p>\n<p>Um projeto pioneiro su\u00ed\u00e7o<\/p>\n<p>O CST espera que o novo parlamento possa em breve iniciar as discuss\u00f5es sobre a lei para o transporte de mercadorias subterr\u00e2neo. Com a entrada em vigor da lei, os 100 milh\u00f5es de CHF contratualmente garantidos para a fase de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do primeiro trecho de H\u00e4rkingen-Niederbipp a Zurique ser\u00e3o liberados. A partir desse momento, o CST ter\u00e1 57% das a\u00e7\u00f5es em m\u00e3os su\u00ed\u00e7as.
