Deze regeling treedt op 9 juli 2027 in werking en verplicht de autoriteiten in de EU-lidstaten om vrachtvervoerinformatie in elektronische vorm te accepteren, mits deze wordt verstrekt via gecertificeerde, eFTI-conforme platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens TransFollow biedt deze regeling bedrijven in de gehele toeleveringsketen de mogelijkheid om hun zichtbaarheid, effici\u00ebntie en veerkracht te verbeteren. De verordening zal niet alleen de acceptatie van digitale vrachtinformatie bevorderen, maar ook een van de grootste obstakels voor de digitale transformatie in het vrachtvervoer wegnemen.<\/p>\n<p>Hoewel de eFTI-verordening de digitale documentatie niet verplicht stelt, verwacht TransFollow dat de acceptatie van elektronische informatie door de autoriteiten een prikkel zal zijn voor bedrijven om hun processen te digitaliseren.
