K\u00fchne+Nagel en de Mondadori-groep hebben in San Giorgio Bigarello, in de provincie Mantua, een nieuw logistiek centrum geopend, dat met een oppervlakte van 40.000 vierkante meter als het grootste zijn soort voor educatieve uitgevers in Itali\u00eb wordt beschouwd. De faciliteit moet de distributie van leermaterialen naar scholen, docenten en studenten in het hele land effici\u00ebnter maken, aldus K\u00fchne + Nagel.<\/p>\n

Het logistieke centrum, dat door K\u00fchne+Nagel is ontwikkeld en beheerd, bundelt de eerder over drie locaties verspreide activiteiten van de Mondadori-groep. Het bedient zowel de educatieve als de retailuitgeverij van het bedrijf. Dit omvat boekhandels, e-commerce en directe verkoop. Deze centralisatie van de processen is volgens het bedrijf een stap richting een uitgebreidere oplossing voor de logistiek in de uitgeverijsector.<\/p>\n
