Het bedrijf is begonnen met de implementatie van RELEX Store Operations om de bestelling van verse producten te automatiseren en de beschikbaarheid in de verschillende verswarencategorie\u00ebn te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>Chronodrive exploiteert 56 drive-vestigingen, waar elke klantenbestelling individueel wordt voorbereid. Versheid en realtime beschikbaarheid hebben daarbij de hoogste prioriteit. Verse producten zijn een essentieel aantrekkingspunt voor het bedrijf, maar vormen ook een van de complexste categorie\u00ebn, aangezien ze gepaard gaan met hoge vraagfluctuaties, korte houdbaarheden en strakke aanvulvensters.<\/p>\n<p>Om deze uitdagingen aan te pakken, heeft Chronodrive gekozen voor RELEX Store Operations, dat de automatisering van bestellingen en het voorraadbeheer in de verswarencategorie\u00ebn mogelijk maakt. RELEX genereert vraagvoorspellingen die houdbaarheid, seizoensgebondenheid en vraagfluctuaties op SKU-niveau in overweging nemen. Dit helpt om versheid, beschikbaarheid en afvalreductie in het assortiment in balans te brengen. Door de directe koppeling van voorspellingen aan aanvulbeslissingen streeft de retailer ernaar om bederf te verminderen en tegelijkertijd een hoge beschikbaarheid op alle locaties te handhaven.<\/p>\n<p>Na een maand in de live-operatie rapporteerde Chronodrive een significante vermindering van het bederf van fruit en groenten in de drive-vestigingen, evenals een betere afstemming tussen aanvulbestellingen en de werkelijke klantvraag.
