Een bijzondere focus ligt op de ontwikkeling van het goederenvervoer per spoor en de versterking van de sector voor wegvervoer.<\/p>\n<h3>Toewijzing van de spoorwegoperatiedienst<\/h3>\n<p>Een van de belangrijkste besluiten is de goedkeuring van de resultaten van de aanbestedingsprocedure voor de toewijzing van de spoorwegoperatiedienst in de havens van Savona en Vado Ligure. De dienst is gegund aan Mercitalia Shunting &amp; Terminal S.r.l., nadat twee bedrijven hebben deelgenomen aan de openbare aanbesteding. De gunning heeft een looptijd van vijf jaar met de mogelijkheid van verlenging met nog eens twee jaar en heeft een geschatte totale waarde van ongeveer 22,6 miljoen EUR. Deze dienst is cruciaal voor de operationele continu\u00efteit van de twee havenfaciliteiten.<\/p>\n<p>Het geselecteerde aanbod onderscheidde zich zowel op technisch als economisch vlak en bood een prijsverlaging van 12,6% op de oorspronkelijke tarieven. Het voorziet in een ge\u00efntegreerd model voor de uitvoering van de spoorwegoperaties en de tractie, dat een 24\/7 operationele organisatie omvat. Bovendien worden milieuvriendelijke oplossingen ge\u00efmplementeerd door het gebruik van emissiearme biobrandstoffen, evenals digitale systemen voor het beheer van de activiteiten en een verbeterd onderhoudsprogramma voor de infrastructuur en voertuigen.<\/p>\n<p>De nieuwe aanbestedingsprocedure is gericht op het versterken van de intermodale verbinding per spoor, het verhogen van de concurrentiekracht van de havens van Savona en Vado Ligure en het bevorderen van de ontwikkeling van het goederenvervoer per spoor in overeenstemming met de duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen van de autoriteit.<\/p>\n<h3>Nieuwe parkeerfaciliteiten voor vrachtwagens<\/h3>\n<p>Daarnaast heeft het comit\u00e9 ook ingestemd met de toewijzing van een concessie voor een periode van vier jaar aan de Trasportounito Service Cooperativa Consortile. Deze concessie betreft een open ruimte van ongeveer 6.300 m\u00b2 langs de zijwegen van de havenovergang bij Varco Etiopia in de haven van Genua. Hier zal een nieuwe gereguleerde parkeerplaats voor zware voertuigen worden ingericht. Deze maatregel is noodzakelijk om een alternatieve oplossing te cre\u00ebren voor de momenteel gebruikte ruimtes in het wetenschaps- en technologieonderzoekpark Erzelli, die door de start van de bouw van een nieuwe universiteitslocatie worden be\u00efnvloed.
