Deze ontwikkeling volgt slechts enkele dagen na de oplevering van een &#8222;Autom-logistiek centrum&#8220; voor DANONE in de buurt van Tours, aldus ARGAN. De twee logistieke centra bevinden zich in de buurt van Rouen en bieden in totaal een oppervlakte van 54.000 m\u00b2. Het eerste logistieke centrum, ontwikkeld door de SPI GROUP, ligt in Cl\u00e9on, ten zuiden van Rouen, en omvat 34.000 m\u00b2, waaronder 1.400 m\u00b2 kantoorruimte. De vijf magazijnen zijn volgens het bedrijf uitgerust met temperatuurgecontroleerde opslagruimtes die een constante temperatuur tussen 14 \u00b0C en 18 \u00b0C waarborgen.<\/p>\n<p>De samenwerking tussen ARGAN en de SPI GROUP heeft geleid tot de toekenning van het &#8222;Autonom-label&#8220; aan de faciliteit. Een bijzonder kenmerk is de zonnepaneleninstallatie op het dak, die een vermogen van 660 kWp bereikt en FERRERO van hernieuwbare energie voor eigen gebruik moet voorzien. Deze installatie wordt aangevuld met een batterijopslagsysteem met een capaciteit van 200 kWh. Samen genereren deze systemen volgens ARGAN jaarlijks 530 MWh hernieuwbare energie en dragen ze bij aan de vermindering van de CO\u2082-uitstoot met 28 ton per jaar.
