Met deze initiatief streeft de Duitse vrachtluchtvaartmaatschappij ernaar haar digitale diensten verder uit te breiden en de toegang tot centrale functies te vergemakkelijken. Het gebruik van de WeChat-app stelt gebruikers in staat om zonder aparte app-downloads toegang te krijgen tot belangrijke diensten, wat de gebruiksvriendelijkheid verhoogt.<\/p>\n<p>Het nieuwe aanbod omvat functies zoals zendingtracking, informatie over transportopties en details over stations, inclusief kaartinformatie voor Chinese locaties. Deze integratie binnen een wijdverspreid platform moet klanten snellere en soepelere processen bieden. Bovendien kunnen informatie eenvoudig met zakenpartners worden gedeeld. Lufthansa Cargo is al bezig met de introductie van aanvullende functionaliteiten.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategische focus op digitale oplossingen<\/h3>\n<p>Marcel Kling, Head of Digital Sales bij Lufthansa Cargo, benadrukt het belang van deze initiatief: \u201eAls innovator in de luchtvrachtsector investeren we gericht in digitale oplossingen die onze klanten echte meerwaarde bieden.\u201d Met het nieuwe aanbod op WeChat wordt een mobiele gebruikerservaring gecre\u00eberd die voldoet aan de eisen van een van de belangrijkste digitale kanalen van de klanten. Dit moet de samenwerking met de vrachtluchtvaartmaatschappij vereenvoudigen en versnellen.<\/p>\n<p>De introductie van het digitale aanbod versterkt niet alleen de aanwezigheid van Lufthansa Cargo op de Chinese markt, maar biedt ook voordelen door een lokaal aangepaste en intu\u00eftieve bediening. De mobiele optimalisatie van de serviceprocessen moet de toegang tot de aangeboden diensten vergemakkelijken. Voor Lufthansa Cargo betekent dit een directe toegang tot een grote mobiele gebruikersbasis en verbetert het de servicekwaliteit in de relevante markt.
