De nieuwe service stelt vrachtbezitters en verzendagenten in staat om 24\/7 ondersteuning te ontvangen en kritieke logistieke bewegingen te volgen.<\/p>\n<h3>Functies van de Cargo AI klantenservice<\/h3>\n<p>De Cargo AI klantenservice van China Airlines maakt gebruik van de nieuwste Agentic AI-technologie en is ge\u00efntegreerd met het luchtvrachtplanningssysteem. Het biedt drie centrale diensten aan: informatie over vluchten, zendingtracking en vrachtvoorschriften. De vluchtinformatie functie levert uitgebreide informatie over de status en schema&#8217;s van de vluchten. De zendingtracking toont de actuele status van de vracht in real-time, terwijl de vrachtvoorschriften informatie van offici\u00eble websites aggregeert om nauwkeurige en professionele gegevens te leveren.<\/p>\n<p>De klantenservice kan complexe vragen in meerdere talen begrijpen en nauwkeurig beantwoorden. Bovendien wordt er een cloudplatform voor intelligent laadbeheer ingezet om de hulpbronnenbehoefte in tijden van lage bezetting te verminderen, wat bijdraagt aan energiebesparing en vermindering van koolstofemissies. Tegelijkertijd wordt een stabiele bedrijfsvoering tijdens drukke tijden gewaarborgd, &#8222;om de klanten te allen tijde een soepele service te bieden&#8220;, zoals het bedrijf zijn klanten belooft.<\/p>\n<h3>Vooruitzicht op toekomstige ontwikkelingen<\/h3>\n<p>China Airlines is van plan het toepassingsgebied van de Cargo AI klantenservice verder uit te breiden door functies van randsystemen te integreren die vaak door verzendagenten worden gebruikt.
