Deze ontwikkelingen maken deel uit van een uitgebreide strategie die gericht is op het bevorderen van de commerci\u00eble transformatie van het bedrijf. De nieuwe AI-ondersteunde functies zijn bedoeld om zowel het boekingsproces als de klantinteractie te optimaliseren.<\/p>\n<h3>Automatisering door AI<\/h3>\n<p>Een centraal element van deze strategie is de introductie van de Auto-Fill-functie binnen het platform myCargo. Deze functie stelt klanten in staat om verzendinformatie uit e-mails of andere ongestructureerde tekstbronnen te kopi\u00ebren en direct in myCargo in te voegen. Het AI-systeem herkent en extraheert automatisch relevante verzenddetails zoals afmetingen, gewicht en aantal, waardoor de vereiste boekingsvelden onmiddellijk worden ingevuld. Door handmatige gegevensinvoer te elimineren, kunnen klanten sneller boekingen maken en de administratieve last verminderen.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast wordt de Auto Quote-functie geleidelijk ge\u00efntroduceerd. Deze functie genereert automatisch nauwkeurige spotaanbiedingen voor klantverzoeken die via myCargo of per e-mail binnenkomen. Door de significante vermindering van de reactietijden kunnen klanten sneller inspelen op marktkansen en hun serviceniveaus verbeteren.<\/p>\n<h3>Digitalisering in de B2B-sector<\/h3>\n<p>De nieuwe functies maken deel uit van het doel van Air France KLM Martinair Cargo om een digitale B2B-klantervaring te cre\u00ebren die voldoet aan de eisen van eenvoud en intelligentie.
