Dergelijke maatregelen zijn het meest effectief wanneer ze worden uitgevoerd als onderdeel van een breder, op actiegerichtheid gericht beleid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">De veerkracht van toeleveringsketens komt voort uit transparantie, meetbaarheid en operationele gereedheid langs de gehele waardeketen. Pekings exportcontroles voor natuurlijke vlokgrafiet, synthetisch bolgrafiet en belangrijke anodematerialen tonen aan hoe meerdere leveranciers nog steeds afhankelijk kunnen zijn van dezelfde upstream bron. Dit zou ook de beoordeling van de financi\u00eble impact van bepaalde risico-incidenten en de ontwikkeling van beproefde crisishandleidingen kunnen omvatten, die alle betrokkenen langs de gehele toeleveringsketen betrekken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Kortom: diversificatie van leveranciers is een positieve stap, maar moet deel uitmaken van een holistisch, datagestuurd risicobeheerraamwerk, waarbij transparantie, meetbaarheid, voorzorg en snelle reactie centraal staan.
