Deze beslissing is gericht op het uitrusten van het groeiende team van SolitAir met de nieuwste methoden en vaardigheden in het omgaan met gevaarlijke goederen.<\/p>\n<p>De samenwerking tussen SolitAir en ATC wordt beschouwd als een belangrijke stap in het versterken van de luchtvaartsector in het Midden-Oosten. Het ondersteunt de positie van het land als een wereldwijd centrum voor veilige en effici\u00ebnte luchtvrachtoperaties. Het transport van gevaarlijke goederen valt onder strikte regelgeving, vastgesteld door de International Air Transport Association (IATA), die jaarlijks wordt bijgewerkt om rekening te houden met nieuwe risico&#8217;s en veranderende vrachtprofielen. De 67e editie van de IATA-regels voor gevaarlijke goederen, die op 1 januari 2026 in werking treedt, brengt belangrijke wijzigingen met zich mee in de vereisten voor het verzenden van lithiumbatterijen, evenals herziene nationale variaties en gestandaardiseerde formuleringen voor operators.<\/p>\n<p>Hamdi Osman, oprichter en CEO van SolitAir, benadrukt de noodzaak om de teams van het bedrijf continu vertrouwd te maken met de actuele vereisten. \u201cDe herziene vereisten van de IATA benadrukken de noodzaak van rigoureuze training binnen de airline-operatieteams. Door deze samenwerking zal SolitAir ervoor zorgen dat onze teams altijd op de hoogte zijn van de zich ontwikkelende normen,\u201d aldus Osman. Dit moet de veiligheid en de operationele vaardigheden in het omgaan met gevaarlijke goederen verder versterken.<\/p>\n<p>ATC Dubai staat bekend om zijn hoge opleidingsnormen en naleving van regelgeving. Het bedrijf beschikt over vergunningen van de General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) van de VAE en de IATA. De programma&#8217;s voor competentiegericht onderwijs en beoordeling (CBTA) zijn ontworpen om de actoren in de luchtvaartsector te helpen de hoogste veiligheids- en compliance-normen te handhaven.<\/p>\n<p>Neeraj Arora, CEO van ATC Dubai, sprak ook over de samenwerking:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cOnze samenwerking met SolitAir onderstreept onze toewijding om eersteklas opleidingsoplossingen te bieden die voldoen aan de zich ontwikkelende behoeften van de luchtvaartindustrie. Samen willen we de veiligheidsnormen versterken en professionals in de luchtvaart voorzien van de benodigde competenties.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>SolitAir werd opgericht in 2024 en heeft zijn hoofdkantoor op de Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). Het bedrijf exploiteert een vloot van zeven Boeing 737-800 BCF-vrachtvliegtuigen vanuit een modern logistiek centrum van 20.440 m\u00b2.
