De integratie van het bedrijf met 20 jaar ervaring in de NexDash-groep moet uiterlijk juli 2026 zijn afgerond. March Transporte, dat beschikt over een vloot van 26 vrachtwagens, zal blijven worden geleid door zijn oprichter Marco March als CEO. De bestaande medewerkers, de locatie en de klantrelaties blijven ongewijzigd.<\/p>\n<p>De overname maakt deel uit van een uitgebreide consolidatiestrategie van NexDash, die erop gericht is de gefragmenteerde Duitse middenstand in de transportsector te versterken. March Transporte genereert momenteel een jaarlijkse terugkerende omzet van ongeveer 6,5 miljoen EUR en streeft ernaar om tegen eind 2026 te groeien naar 10 miljoen EUR. Deze groei moet worden gerealiseerd door organische groei en de introductie van het eigen AI-bedrijfssysteem NexOS.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategische richting in de transportsector<\/h3>\n<p>NexDash heeft met zijn Neo-Carriers-concept als doel de fragmentatie van de Duitse wegtransportmarkt te benutten. Meer dan 90% van de exploitanten in deze sector heeft minder dan tien voertuigen en werkt vaak met verouderde dieselvloten. De strategie van NexDash omvat de consolidatie van bewezen exploitanten, de elektrificatie van hun vloten en de aansturing via een slim besturingssysteem. Deze aanpak bestaat uit vier fasen: consolidatie, elektrificatie, digitalisering en autonomie.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Cassau, oprichter en CEO van NexDash, sprak zich uit over de overname en benadrukte het belang van March Transporte als voorbeeld van het beoogde businessmodel. &#8222;Dit is een gezond, goed geleid bedrijf met sterke klantrelaties \u2013 precies het soort bedrijf dat niet voldoende wordt bediend door de beschikbare technologie en het kapitaal,&#8220; verklaarde Cassau. Daarnaast plant NexDash een geleidelijke overstap naar elektrische voertuigen, waarbij de eerste elektrische vrachtwagens in de tweede helft van 2026 in gebruik moeten worden genomen. Door de consolidatie moeten kleinere exploitanten profiteren van inkoopvoordelen en technologie\u00ebn die voorheen alleen toegankelijk waren voor grotere bedrijven.<\/p>\n<p>NexDash ontvangt ondersteuning van Extantia Capital, Clean Energy Ventures, Platform Horizons en Magnetic Capital, die zich richten op bedrijven in het klimaat- en diepgaande technologie\u00ebn.
