De test, die eind mei begon, wordt uitgevoerd onder re\u00eble bedrijfsomstandigheden met de vloot van het Duitse transportbedrijf Sommer. Het doel van het project is om de prestaties van een Nivalis Powered Trailer Kit te evalueren, die op een TIP Group-oplegger is gemonteerd. Deze kit transformeert een standaardoplegger in een slimme, zelfondersteunende eenheid die actief bijdraagt aan de eigen beweging. Hierdoor moet de energiebehoefte van het trekkende voertuig worden verlaagd, zonder dat het gewicht significant toeneemt of de bediening voor de chauffeur verandert.<\/p>\n<h3>Evaluatie van de energieondersteuning<\/h3>\n<p>In het kader van het pilotproject wordt onderzocht hoe het technologiegestuurde aanhangwagensysteem zich onder re\u00eble omstandigheden in het langeafstandstransport bewijst. Het nieuwe systeem is gericht op het verlagen van het brandstofverbruik van vrachtwagens met tot wel 7.000 liter diesel per oplegger per jaar, wat aanzienlijke besparingen kan opleveren voor veelgebruikte vloot. Bovendien wordt gestreefd naar een vermindering van de CO2-uitstoot met tot wel 18 ton per oplegger per jaar.<\/p>\n<p>Het Nivalis-systeem integreert een elektrische as (e-as), die in samenwerking met BPW is ontwikkeld, direct in het opleggerchassis. In tegenstelling tot de ge\u00eblektrificeerde e-Reefer-koelplatforms, die gericht zijn op het functioneren van koeltransporten, moet het Powered Trailer-systeem de energiebehoefte van de trekker verlagen door aandrijfhulp en energieterugwinning. De batterijen halen energie uit drie bronnen: de e-as tijdens het remmen, een fotovolta\u00efsche installatie op het dak gedurende de dag en een 32A AC-driefas aansluiting tijdens de parkeerstop. Het systeem genereert, slaat op en distribueert continu energie gedurende de werkdag.<\/p>\n<p>Een ge\u00efntegreerde energiebeheereenheid (EMU) herbergt alle elektrische componenten, terwijl een ge\u00efntegreerde vermogensverdeelunit (IPDU) alle energiestromen beheert. Een compact mens-machine-interface (HMI) toont de chauffeur de systeemstatus en de laadstatus van de batterij aan.<\/p>\n<h3>Economische aspecten en besparingen<\/h3>\n<p>Het Nivalis-systeem is ontwikkeld om significante brandstofbesparingen te realiseren voor langeafstandsroutes, met voorspelde besparingen van tot wel 7.000 liter diesel en 18 ton CO2 per oplegger per jaar. De fotovolta\u00efsche installatie op het dak kan tot 3,7 kWp opwekken, wat de afhankelijkheid van het elektriciteitsnet verder vermindert.<\/p>\n<p>Pavel Gilman, Vice President Sales &amp; Marketing bij Nivalis Energy Europe, legt uit: \u201cOns e-systeem richt zich op drie doelen: verlaging van de brandstofkosten, minimale ingrepen in de bedrijfsvoering van klanten en verbeterde duurzaamheid.\u201d Hij voegt eraan toe dat de transportsector geleidelijk onafhankelijk kan worden van fossiele brandstoffen, zonder uitzonderlijke investeringen of wijzigingen in de infrastructuur te hoeven aanbrengen.<\/p>\n<p>Christian Sch\u00fctz, hoofd vloot &amp; asset management voor de centrale regio bij TIP Group, benadrukt het belang van de praktische proef: \u201cDe centrale vraag is hoe het systeem onder re\u00eble transportomstandigheden functioneert \u2013 over verschillende routes, ladingen en rijgedrag heen. Deze pilot levert ons de gegevens en ervaringen om dit praktisch te beoordelen.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Goedkeuringen en inzetbaarheid<\/h3>\n<p>De administratieve vereisten voor de goedkeuring en exploitatie van technische innovaties kunnen complex zijn. TIP heeft echter met succes de vereiste goedkeuring voor deze opleggerconfiguratie verkregen, die registratie en gebruik in de EU- en EFTA-landen volgens de geldende nationale voorschriften mogelijk maakt. De hoogspanningsbatterijen van Nivalis zijn gecertificeerd volgens UN 38.3, en de elektrische aandrijflijn voldoet aan de UNECE-verordening nr. 100 [2015\/505].<\/p>\n<p>Chauffeurs kunnen de oplegger bedienen onder de standaard Europese en nationale rijvoorschriften, zonder dat extra licenties of trainingen vereist zijn.<\/p>\n<h3>Vooruitzicht voor de sector<\/h3>\n<p>Voor TIP breidt deze pilot het actieve portfolio van duurzame totaaloplossingen uit, die al in Europa in gebruik zijn. De aangedreven oplegger opent een nieuwe dimensie door de aandrijvende energie op oplegger-niveau aan te pakken, in plaats van zich uitsluitend op het trekkende voertuig of neven systemen te concentreren. Rogier Laan, Vice President Global Sales and Marketing bij TIP Group, benadrukt: \u201cOnze klanten hebben oplossingen nodig die de effici\u00ebntie verbeteren, zonder de operatie te verstoren. Deze pilot stelt ons in staat te beoordelen of aangedreven opleggers meetbare voordelen bieden in het dagelijkse gebruik en een significante bijdrage kunnen leveren aan de decarbonisatie.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De voorlopige resultaten van het pilotproject worden tijdens de testfase gepubliceerd. Afhankelijk van de resultaten zijn TIP en Nivalis van plan om verdere Europese toepassingsmogelijkheden te onderzoeken.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tip-group.com\/de\" target=\"_blank\"
