De opdracht omvat de vernieuwing en uitbreiding van de spoorinfrastructuur over een afstand van meer dan 31 kilometer tussen Maksymilianowo en Wierzchucin. De totale waarde van het project bedraagt ongeveer 255 miljoen euro, en de bouwtijd is vastgesteld op 32 maanden na ondertekening van het contract, aldus STRABAG.<\/p>\n<h3>Moderniseringsmaatregelen<\/h3>\n<p>Het project maakt deel uit van een modernisering van de lijn tussen Maksymilianowo en Ko\u015bcierzyna en sluit aan op de reeds lopende werkzaamheden aan het spoorwegknooppunt Maksymilianowo. De modernisering is gericht op het verhogen van de technische prestaties van de spoorlijn, wat onder andere zal worden bereikt door het ontwerp en de installatie van signalerings- en treinbeheersystemen, evenals telecommunicatie-infrastructuur.<\/p>\n<p>Naast de vernieuwing van de spoorinfrastructuur zal er een nieuw spoor worden aangelegd bij het station B\u0142\u0105dzim om extra aansluitingen mogelijk te maken. In het kader van de bouwwerkzaamheden zijn ook de bouw van drie nieuwe seinhuizen in Stronno, Serock en B\u0142\u0105dzim, evenals verschillende ondergrondse werken voorzien.
