Deze maatregel is bedoeld om de verkeersverbinding in het zuidelijke deel van de haven te verbeteren en de nieuwe toegangen te koppelen aan het bestaande wegennet, aldus de haven.<\/p>\n<h3>Nieuwe rotonde<\/h3>\n<p>Het geplande project omvat de bouw van een grote verhoogde rotonde, die boven de voormalige monding van de Llobregat-rivier zal worden aangelegd. Deze rotonde zal een centrale rol spelen bij de verdeling van het wegverkeer in de haven, met name richting de Prat-kade en de toekomstige Cataloni\u00eb-kade. De nieuwe infrastructuur moet bijdragen aan het vergemakkelijken van de voertuigmobiliteit in dit gebied.<\/p>\n<p>De beslissing om de aanbesteding uit te schrijven werd genomen tijdens de vergadering van de raad van bestuur van de haven van Barcelona. De bouwactiviteiten zijn gepland voor een duur van drie\u00ebnhalf jaar.
