De nieuwe functie, die is ontwikkeld voor de Konecranes A-RTG&#8217;s (Automated Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes), biedt een volledig geautomatiseerde langeafstandsbeweging van de kraan, zonder dat menselijke supervisie nodig is. Deze oplossing is zowel beschikbaar voor nieuwe kranen als als retrofitoptie voor bestaande vloot.<\/p>\n<p>De ontwikkeling van de geautomatiseerde langeafstandsbeweging is gebaseerd op het Konecranes A-RTG 2.0-concept, dat de visie van een volledig geautomatiseerde kraan zonder fysieke barri\u00e8res rond het vrachtwagengebied omvat. Na uitgebreide tests en ontwikkelingen wordt de technologie al op verschillende locaties toegepast en is deze nu beschikbaar voor bredere toepassing.<\/p>\n<h3>Technologische details van de nieuwe functie<\/h3>\n<p>Het geautomatiseerde langeafstandsbeweging systeem maakt gebruik van meerdere veiligheidslagen voor objectdetectie. Langeafstand-3D-Lidar-sensoren kunnen grote objecten tot 50 m van tevoren detecteren, wat een vroege waarschuwing en gecontroleerde vertraging mogelijk maakt. In de directe nabijheid wordt een veiligheidsgecertificeerde laserscanner gebruikt, die objecten detecteert en het stoppen van de kraan ondersteunt wanneer dat nodig is. Deze technologie\u00ebn, gecombineerd met veiligheidsrelevante encoderfeedback en mechanische beschermkappen, helpen de risico&#8217;s van botsingen in de dagelijkse operatie te minimaliseren.<\/p>\n<p>Ville Mannari, technologie-directeur voor Port Solutions bij Konecranes, legt uit: &#8222;De automatisering van de langeafstandsbeweging van de kraan vermindert de handmatige werklast en stelt de operators in staat zich te concentreren op de gebieden waar ze nodig zijn, terwijl tegelijkertijd een veilige werking in gemengde verkeersgebieden wordt gewaarborgd.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>De nieuwe functie is ontworpen volgens de modulaire productprincipes van Konecranes en kan als een op zichzelf staand systeem worden ge\u00efnstalleerd. Dit stelt terminaloperators in staat hun automatiseringscapaciteiten uit te breiden zonder hun bestaande kraaninfrastructuur te hoeven vervangen. De veiligheidsbeoordeling van de geautomatiseerde langeafstandsbeweging voldoet aan de PLd-classificatie volgens ISO 13849-1 en is geverifieerd volgens ISO 3691-4 voor autonoom industri\u00eble voertuigen, wat de introductie in sterk gereguleerde markten, inclusief Europa, ondersteunt.<\/p>\n<p>Deze introductie maakt deel uit van Konecranes&#8216; &#8222;Path to Port Automation&#8220;, een uitgebreid stappenplan voor containerterminals dat geleidelijke automatisering mogelijk maakt en de productiviteit en veiligheid van de apparatuur verbetert, ongeacht het
