In het kader van een herstructurering van het management heeft de STEF-groep, een Europese aanbieder van transport-, logistiek- en koelverpakkingsdiensten voor voedingsproducten (omzet 2025: 5,1 miljard EUR), vijf nieuwe benoemingen in haar leidinggevende team voor Frankrijk bekendgemaakt, die begin mei van kracht zijn geworden.<\/p>\n<h3>Nieuwe leidinggevende posities bij STEF<\/h3>\n<p>Fabrice Carr\u00e9 (Foto) is benoemd tot directeur van de Business Unit voor verse producten. Carr\u00e9, die in 1992 bij het bedrijf kwam, heeft in de loop van zijn carri\u00e8re verschillende leidinggevende posities in Frankrijk bekleed, waaronder regionaal directeur en directeur van STEF Portugal en STEF Spanje. Hij volgt Damien Chapotot op. Carr\u00e9 heeft een diploma van de ESC Brest Business School en een MBA van de EM Lyon.<\/p>\n<p>Catherine Gagneraud neemt de leiding van de Business Unit voor de Groothandel en Detailhandel (GMS) op zich. Ze is sinds 2011 bij het bedrijf en heeft verschillende functies binnen de GMS-Business Unit doorlopen, waaronder verantwoordelijk voor prestatieverbetering en het leiden van operaties. Voorheen was ze directeur van transformatie binnen de GMS-Business Unit. Ze volgt David Bally op, die is benoemd tot directeur van STEF Spanje. Gagneraud heeft haar diploma behaald aan de IMT Mines Al\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Laurent Garnier wordt de nieuwe directeur van de Business Unit voor diepvriesproducten. Garnier begon zijn carri\u00e8re bij STEF in 1998 en heeft verschillende leidinggevende rollen binnen de GMS-Business Unit vervuld. Voorheen leidde hij de Business Unit voor diepvriesproducten in Itali\u00eb. Hij volgt Laurent Malfettes op, die is benoemd tot adjunct-directeur voor CSR van het bedrijf. Garnier heeft een DESS in Transport en Logistiek van de Universiteit Lyon II.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e9line Vidili wordt de nieuwe directeur voor Personeelszaken in Frankrijk. Vidili is sinds 1998 bij het bedrijf en heeft in verschillende HR-functies gewerkt, waaronder als regionale HR-directeur en directeur van Logistiek en Transport. In haar nieuwe rol zal ze verantwoordelijk zijn voor de gehele transport- en logistieke afdeling. Vidili heeft een diploma in Economische en Sociale Beheer met een focus op Personeel van de Universiteit Metz.<\/p>\n<p>Franck Glasset is benoemd tot directeur voor Verkoop in Frankrijk. Glasset brengt meer dan 20 jaar ervaring mee vanuit zijn vorige functie bij de SAVENCIA-groep, waar hij onder andere als Supply Chain-directeur voor Frankrijk en Benelux werkte. Bij STEF is hij sinds 2018 actief als directeur van Studies en Prestatie. In zijn nieuwe functie zal hij de commerci\u00eble activiteiten op het gebied van transport en logistiek leiden. Glasset heeft een masterdiploma in Bedrijfsbeheer van de IGR-IAE Rennes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stef.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
