De Amerikaanse vastgoedontwikkelaar CenterPoint heeft zijn uitbreiding in Atlanta voortgezet met de aankoop van een extra eigendom van 24.688 m\u00b2 in de Airport South-submarkt. Het volledig verhuurde magazijn, bekend als Clayton Technology Center, werd in 2024 gebouwd.<\/p>\n

Roy Rosenbaum, Senior Vice President of Investments van CenterPoint voor de regio Oost, benadrukt het belang van de locatie: „Het zou bijna onmogelijk zijn om de locatie van Clayton te repliceren, gezien het beperkte land en het complexe goedkeuringsproces in Airport South.“ Hij voegt eraan toe dat de investeringsstrategie in Atlanta gericht is op het investeren in Class A-eigendommen met solide huurders, eersteklas specificaties en uitstekende bereikbaarheid. „Clayton Tech voldoet aan al deze criteria,“ aldus Rosenbaum.<\/p>\n

Vorige maand verwierf het bedrijf een 23.300 m\u00b2 grote Class A-magazijn in Cartersville, GA, in de eerste van twee opeenvolgende transacties met Transwestern.<\/p>\n
