Het Braziliaanse bedrijf, dat zich richt op intralogistiek en automatiseringsoplossingen voor magazijnen, zal na de afronding van de transactie worden ge\u00efntegreerd in de structuur van Comau. Deze overname heeft tot doel de competenties van Comau op het gebied van intralogistiek uit te breiden door middel van op AI gebaseerde softwareoplossingen en synergie\u00ebn te cre\u00ebren met het reeds overgenomen bedrijf Automha, gevestigd in Bergamo.<\/p>\n<p>De overname is onderworpen aan de gebruikelijke voorwaarden voor dergelijke transacties, inclusief de vereiste goedkeuringen van de autoriteiten. De afronding van de transactie wordt verwacht in het derde kwartaal van 2026. Comau zal 100% van de aandelen in Invent verwerven.<\/p>\n<p>Met de overname van Invent volgt Comau een internationale expansiestrategie die gericht is op het uitbreiden van de eigen capaciteiten door de integratie van complementaire technologie\u00ebn en expertise. De fusie zal het bestaande Comau-Automha-ecosysteem aanvullen en het aanbod van geautomatiseerde magazijnoplossingen uitbreiden. Door de magazijntechnologie\u00ebn van Automha te combineren met de slimme orchestratiesoftware van Invent, zal Comau in staat zijn om op AI gebaseerde oplossingen voor materiaalbeweging aan te bieden die het gehele proces van magazijn tot orderverwerking dekken.<\/p>\n<p>Invent zal na de overname blijven opereren met dezelfde structuur, hetzelfde management en dezelfde strategische richting. De samenwerking moet Invent de mogelijkheid bieden om haar bedrijfsactiviteiten verder uit te breiden via een uitgebreid wereldwijd netwerk en technologische expertise binnen de Comau-groep. Dit zal ook het projectportfolio van beide bedrijven versterken.<\/p>\n<p>De overname zal de wereldwijde activiteiten van Comau uitbreiden en de aanwezigheid in Latijns-Amerika en het mid-marketsegment van de VS versterken, waar een hoge vraag naar automatisering en een jaarlijks groeipotentieel van 13% in de komende drie tot vijf jaar wordt verwacht.<\/p>\n<p>Pietro Gorlier, CEO van Comau, benadrukt dat de integratie van innovatieve bedrijven zoals Invent een centraal onderdeel is van de internationale groeistrategie van Comau. Hij wijst erop dat de overname van Invent extra synergie\u00ebn zal cre\u00ebren die de verbinding van opslag en materiaalbeweging met de productie verder zullen versterken.<\/p>\n<p>Leonardo Araki, CEO van Invent, spreekt zich ook positief uit over de overname en ziet hierin de mogelijkheid om de groei van Invent te versnellen en het bereik van de intralogistieke oplossingen binnen een groter wereldwijd automatiseringsnetwerk uit te breiden.
