In het kader van deze initiatief heeft de dochteronderneming KTZ Express Shipping LLP contracten ondertekend voor de bouw van zes multifunctionele bulk- en containerschepen. De overeenkomsten zijn gesloten met Jiangsu Haizhongzhou Shipping Industry Co., Ltd. voor de bouw van vier schepen en met Baku Shipyard LLC voor twee andere schepen.<\/p>\n<h3>Versterking van de maritieme infrastructuur<\/h3>\n<p>Het project heeft als doel een duurzame maritieme component binnen de Midden Corridor te vestigen. De nieuwe schepen worden gebouwd in de klasse &#8222;Rivier-Zee&#8220; en hebben een draagvermogen van tot 9.900 t en een capaciteit van tot 537 TEU. Deze specificaties zijn ontworpen om de operaties op de routes over de Kaspische en Zwarte Zee te optimaliseren. Hierdoor wordt een effici\u00ebnte integratie van het maritieme segment in de uniforme logistieke keten van de Midden Corridor gewaarborgd.<\/p>\n<p>De schepen worden uitgerust met moderne navigatie- en controlesystemen die voldoen aan de internationale normen en milieuregels, inclusief de eisen van de International Maritime Organization (IMO) en de MARPOL-regelgeving. De classificatiediensten worden geleverd door Bureau Veritas om hoge veiligheids-, betrouwbaarheid- en milieunormen te waarborgen.
