Al vier van dergelijke voertuigen zijn in gebruik op het hoofdkantoor van het bedrijf in Bozen. In april 2026 kon het bedrijf door het gebruik van de volledig elektrische Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 bij de goederenverdeling in Servi\u00eb meer dan 3,5 ton CO\u2082-equivalenten besparen.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens een mediadag op 12 mei 2026 in Belgrado kregen vertegenwoordigers uit de media, bedrijfsverenigingen en de wetenschap de kans om meer te leren over het innovatieve voertuig en deel te nemen aan demonstratieritten. De grote interesse van de vakgemeenschap bevestigde dat Fercam met deze stap in overeenstemming handelt met zijn motto &#8222;We wachten niet op veranderingen, we cre\u00ebren ze&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h3>Effici\u00ebnte transportoplossingen met lagere emissies<\/h3>\n<p>Hoewel milieuvriendelijk transport in Servi\u00eb niet nieuw is, hebben bedrijven tot nu toe vooral elektrische bestelwagens in hun wagenparken ingezet. De Fercam-vrachtwagen, die tot 24 ton goederen kan vervoeren, biedt een grotere en effici\u00ebntere alternatieve oplossing, omdat hij meerdere bestelwagens vervangt en zo ook bijdraagt aan de vermindering van verkeersopstoppingen. Terwijl een gemiddelde bestelwagen tussen de zes en acht Euro-pallets vervoert, kan de Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 tot 33 Euro-pallets (120 x 80 cm) in \u00e9\u00e9n rit vervoeren, zonder directe CO\u2082-emissies tijdens het gebruik te genereren.<\/p>\n<p>De elektrische vrachtwagen wordt door Fercam Servi\u00eb ingezet voor de distributie binnen Belgrado en op de route Belgrado &#8211; Novi Sad &#8211; Belgrado, en legde alleen al in april ongeveer 10.000 km af. Dankzij zijn volledig elektrische aandrijving produceert het voertuig tijdens het gebruik geen directe CO\u2082-emissies, wat bijdraagt aan de vermindering van lokale emissies op de bereden routes. Over de afgelegde afstand resulteerde dit in een geschatte besparing van 3.640 kg CO\u2082-equivalent in vergelijking met een dieselmodel van hetzelfde merk binnen een maand.<\/p>\n<p>De speciaal voor dit voertuig aangestelde chauffeurs melden een merkbaar verschil in rijgedrag in vergelijking met dieselmodellen, vooral door de sterkere acceleratie en de bijna geruisloze werking, wat de rijervaring verandert. Voor het rijden kregen ze bovendien training in veiligheidsprocedures, rijtechnieken en de regels voor het omgaan met het hoogvoltsysteem. De vrachtwagen wordt opgeladen op locaties in Belgrado en Novi Sad.<\/p>\n<h3>Voorlopersrol op het gebied van groene logistiek<\/h3>\n<p>In Servi\u00eb is de Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 van Fercam de eerste volledig elektrische trekker die als nieuw is geregistreerd. Het bedrijf benadrukt ook dat het eerder al nieuwe generaties van HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) in de transportprocessen naar en van Servi\u00eb heeft ge\u00efntroduceerd en nu ook het binnenlandse transport aanzienlijk verbetert.<\/p>\n<p>Fercam zet zijn groene strategie consequent om in concrete stappen. De aankoop van de elektrische trekker maakt deel uit van het bredere project &#8222;Emission Free&#8220;.
