Zoals de bedrijven melden, is binnen een jaar een uniforme digitale ontheffingsprocedure voor de havens van Hamburg, Bremerhaven en Wilhelmshaven opgezet. Dit proces maakt een havenoverschrijdende afhandeling mogelijk en vervangt de eerder gebruikte PIN-gebaseerde procedure, aldus DAKOSY.<\/p>\n<h3>Digitalisering van de containerontheffing<\/h3>\n<p>Het nieuwe digitale ontheffingsproces is gebaseerd op een rollen- en rechtenbeheer dat de afhaling van containers veilig en effici\u00ebnt moet maken. De digitale vrijgave wordt door een actor binnen de transportketen aan de volgende doorgegeven. Dit maakt communicatie mogelijk tussen de verschillende betrokkenen, waaronder containerterminals, rederijen, expediteurs en transportbedrijven.<\/p>\n<p>De implementatie van het digitale systeem vond plaats in een gefaseerd veranderproces dat zich over zes maanden uitstrekte. Alle betrokken bedrijven werden verplicht zich aan de nieuwe standaard aan te sluiten.
