Het bedrijf maakte bekend dat de conversie van een Airbus A330-300 nu is voltooid en dat het vliegtuig van de jacks is gehaald. Hiermee heeft het programma de essenti\u00eble structurele werkzaamheden afgerond en bevindt het zich nu in de fase van grond- en vluchtproeven. De eerste vlucht van het omgebouwde vliegtuig is gepland voor de komende weken, terwijl de certificering tegen het einde van het jaar wordt verwacht.<\/p>\n<h3>Uitbreiding van de conversiecapaciteiten<\/h3>\n<p>IAI behoort tot de weinige bedrijven wereldwijd die over de vereiste vaardigheden beschikken om complexe conversies uit te voeren voor zowel Airbus- als Boeing-vliegtuigen. Door de voortdurende ontwikkeling van onze technologische en industri\u00eble capaciteiten zijn we in staat om schaalbare en betrouwbare oplossingen te bieden die voldoen aan de veranderende operationele eisen van onze klanten.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Technische details van de conversie<\/h3>\n<p>De conversie van de A330-300BDSF biedt een moderne oplossing voor vrachtoperators, met een verhoogde vrachtcapaciteit van tot wel 30 containers en een nuttige lading van tot 61 t. Het is ontworpen voor regionale en middelgrote vrachtmissies en verbetert de laadeffici\u00ebntie door een geavanceerd vrachtbeheersysteem en geoptimaliseerde vrachtstroom. De voorste positionering van de vrachtdeur op het hoofddek vermindert bovendien de bedrijfstijd door sneller laden en lossen mogelijk te maken. Daarnaast vormt de robuuste wereldwijde voorraad van A330-300-vliegtuigen een aantrekkelijke volgende generatie voor de vernieuwing van oudere vloot.<\/p>\n<p>IAI is al meer dan 45 jaar een pionier en wereldmarktleider op het gebied van de conversie van passagiersvliegtuigen naar vrachtvliegtuigen en biedt uitgebreide oplossingen in alle segmenten van de luchtvaartmarkt aan.
