Takko Fashion is van plan om vanuit deze locatie zowel de bevoorrading van zijn filialen als de verdere ontwikkeling van zijn online business te organiseren, aldus Garbe Industrial.<\/p>\n<h3>Verhuur v\u00f3\u00f3r oplevering<\/h3>\n<p>Luisa Elfendahl, regionaal directeur Midden van projectontwikkeling bij Garbe Industrial, spreekt over de huurovereenkomst en benadrukt dat de bijna volledige verhuur van het object nog v\u00f3\u00f3r de oplevering een positief teken is voor de uitvoering van het project. &#8222;Zelfs in economisch uitdagende tijden loont het om te investeren in perspectivische gebouwen, mits de locatie aantrekkelijk is en het vastgoed van hoge kwaliteit,&#8220; aldus Elfendahl.<\/p>\n<p>Timo Esleben, directeur Supply Chain &amp; Logistiek bij Takko Fashion, verklaarde dat het bedrijf op zoek was naar een aaneengeschakelde hal van ongeveer 50.000 tot 60.000 vierkante meter om de logistieke capaciteiten uit te breiden en te consolideren. &#8222;De nieuwbouw in Salzgitter voldoet precies aan onze eisen.
