Volgens een analyse van het bedrijf CBRE werd een transactievolume van 1,4 miljard euro geregistreerd, wat een stijging van 16 procent ten opzichte van het eerste kwartaal van 2025 betekent. Deze ontwikkeling wijst op een groeiende interesse in logistiek vastgoed, ondanks een lichte daling van het aandeel van dit vastgoed in de totale markt.<\/p>\n<h3>Veranderingen in het transactieaandeel<\/h3>\n<p>Het aandeel van logistiek vastgoed in het totale volume daalde volgens de analyse met 13 procentpunten naar 70 procent. Daarentegen registreerde de lichte industrie een stijging van 12 procentpunten naar 18 procent. De productie vastgoed bleef vrijwel stabiel en vertegenwoordigde nog steeds 11 procent van het transactievolume.<\/p>\n<p>Een andere trend is de afname van het belang van de zeven grootste steden met betrekking tot het transactievolume. Het aandeel van deze steden daalde met 10 procentpunten naar slechts zes procent. De analyse toont bovendien aan dat portfoliotransacties aan belang winnen. Hun aandeel steeg met negen procentpunten naar 21 procent. De prime-rendement voor logistiek vastgoed blijft stabiel op 4,4 procent.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbre.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
