Volgens de gepubliceerde gegevens stegen de luchtvrachtvolumes met 2,9% in vergelijking met het voorgaande jaar en bereikten bijna 128,9 miljoen ton. Dit komt overeen met een stijging van bijna 8,8% ten opzichte van de waarden van 2019. De toename van het luchtvrachtverkeer wordt voornamelijk be\u00efnvloed door e-commerce en aanpassingen in de wereldwijde toeleveringsketens.<\/p>\n<h3>Groei van luchtvracht en leidende luchthavens<\/h3>\n<p>De tien drukste luchthavens voor het laden en lossen van luchtvracht en -post maken bijna 26% van het wereldwijde verkeer uit. Hongkong en Shanghai-Pudong nemen de eerste twee plaatsen in, terwijl Anchorage (met transitvracht) de derde plaats bezet. Deze luchthavens zijn cruciaal voor het behoud van de wereldwijde handelsstromen en benadrukken de centrale rol die zij spelen in het internationale luchtverkeer.<\/p>\n<p>De vraag naar luchtvracht is de afgelopen jaren sterk veranderd, waarbij de aanpassingen in de toeleveringsketens en de stabilisatie van de luchtvrachtvolumes als essentieel worden beschouwd voor het behoud van de handelsstromen. De concentratie van het luchtvrachtverkeer op belangrijke luchthavens benadrukt het belang van deze knooppunten voor de wereldhandel.<\/p>\n<h3>Wereldwijde trends en uitdagingen<\/h3>\n<p>De ontwikkelingen in het luchtvrachtverkeer maken deel uit van een grotere trend die ook de passagiersaantallen en de bewegingen van vliegtuigen omvat. In 2025 wordt een wereldwijd passagiersvolume van naar schatting 9,8 miljard verwacht, wat een stijging van 3,6% in vergelijking met het voorgaande jaar betekent. De luchthavens in de Azi\u00eb-Pacific-regio tonen een sterke herstel, wat zich ook weerspiegelt in de wereldwijde luchthavenranglijsten.<\/p>\n<p>De economische omstandigheden blijven echter fragiel. De wereldeconomie groeide in 2025 met ongeveer 3,0 tot 3,2%, wat boven de verwachtingen ligt, maar onder de historische normen. Factoren zoals handelsconflicten en politieke onzekerheden kunnen de vraag naar luchtreizen blijven be\u00efnvloeden. Bovendien wordt de groei steeds meer beperkt door infrastructurele en operationele beperkingen.<\/p>\n<p>De terugkeer van de Chinese reismarkt heeft de groei in de Azi\u00eb-Pacific-regio versneld en de wereldwijde connectiviteit versterkt. Tegelijkertijd stabiliseerden de luchtvrachtvolumes zich nabij recordniveaus, ondersteund door e-commerce en snellere, herstructurerende toeleveringsketens.<\/p>\n<p>De huidige ontwikkelingen in het luchtvrachtverkeer benadrukken de centrale rol van luchthavens in de wereldeconomie. Gezien de groeiende vraag is het voor overheden en luchthavenexploitanten van belang om in de infrastructuur te investeren om de effici\u00ebntie en capaciteit te verhogen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
