De geplande oppervlakte van 15.500 m\u00b2 zal een opslagcapaciteit voor 10.000 pallets bieden. De koelopslag zal temperaturen tussen 2 en 4 \u00b0C handhaven, terwijl een temperatuurgeregelde zone tussen 14 en 18 \u00b0C is voorzien.<\/p>\n<h3>Milieuvriendelijke bouwwijze<\/h3>\n<p>De KS Groupe, een multidisciplinaire aannemer met 450 medewerkers in twaalf dochterondernemingen gevestigd in Bischheim bij Straatsburg, zet bij dit project in op duurzame materialen. Dit omvat bouwmaterialen uit de sloopindustrie, koolstofarme beton en gerecycled staal. Volgens bedrijfsinformatie zal er een fotovolta\u00efsche installatie op het dak worden geplaatst, die meer dan 30% van de jaarlijkse elektriciteitsbehoefte van de locatie moet dekken en tijdens de zomermaanden zelfs tot 100% overdag. De koelsystemen worden uitgerust met energiezuinige apparaten en worden uitsluitend aangedreven door natuurlijke koelmiddelen.<\/p>\n<h3>Langdurige samenwerking<\/h3>\n<p>Het nieuwe koel-logistiek platform zal de logistieke capaciteit van Stef in het Oberrheingebied uitbreiden, dat fungeert als knooppunt voor Europese leveringsstromen. Dit project markeert de zevende samenwerking tussen de KS Groupe en Stef, die al meerdere gebouwen in de Franse regio Grand Est hebben gerealiseerd, waaronder in Straatsburg, Bischheim, Metz, Burnhaupt-le-Bas en Woippy.<\/p>\n<p>Op 10 april 2026 vond de offici\u00eble opening van het nieuwe platform plaats. Bij deze gelegenheid benadrukten Gaelle Schauner van de haven van Straatsburg, Stef-vastgoeddirecteur Vincent Kirklar en Edouard Sauer, voorzitter van de KS Groupe, de gezamenlijke visie en het vertrouwen dat beide bedrijven in dit technische project stellen.
