Het project bevindt zich aan de Willenhall Road en omvat in totaal 8.650 m\u00b2, verdeeld over zes eenheden met groottes van 546 m\u00b2 tot 2.440 m\u00b2. Deze eenheden worden gebouwd volgens de BREEAM Very Good- en EPC A-normen.<\/p>\n<p>Momenteel zijn de werkzaamheden voor het vrijmaken van het terrein aan de gang, zodat de MCS Group in mei met de bouw kan beginnen. De oplevering van de eenheden is gepland voor februari 2027, zodat toekomstige huurders vanaf dat moment kunnen intrekken.<\/p>\n<p>Gareth Williams, directeur bij Erdgard, sprak over de marktsituatie in de regio: \u201eEr is een tekort aan hoogwaardige nieuwe vastgoedobjecten in het Walsall-gebied en in het Black Country in het algemeen. Central Point zal dringend benodigde Grade A-ruimte bieden. Onze inzet voor speculatieve ontwikkelingen toont het vertrouwen in deze locatie en markt.
