Confluence is gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van projecten op het gebied van logistiek, industrie en datacenters. De beslissing om Bouteiller in deze functie te benoemen, weerspiegelt de ambitie van het bedrijf om zijn lokale aanwezigheid te versterken en zijn ge\u00efntegreerde adviesaanbod uit te breiden.<\/p>\n<p>Alexis Bouteiller brengt meer dan 28 jaar ervaring in commercieel vastgoed mee. Hij heeft een diploma in Internationale Handel van de Universiteit van Parijs-Est Cr\u00e9teil en was voorheen werkzaam als Head of Logistics Agency bij Cushman &amp; Wakefield. In deze rol ondersteunde hij zowel gebruikers als investeerders bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van hun vastgoedstrategie\u00ebn in de logistieke sector. Daarnaast heeft hij uitgebreide kennis van projectuitvoering, die hij verwierf tijdens zijn tijd bij de hoofdaannemer Salini Groupe. Daar was hij verantwoordelijk voor de technische, financi\u00eble en operationele aspecten van projectontwikkeling en de turnkey levering.<\/p>\n<p>Bouteiller was ook tussen 2013 en 2019 werkzaam bij Logicor, een belangrijke speler op het gebied van logistieke investeringen. Daar leidde hij de commercialisering van vastgoed en droeg hij bij aan de waardevermeerdering als eigenaar-investeerder. Deze combinatie van advies, projectmanagement en investering geeft hem een uitgebreid perspectief op de uitdagingen in commercieel vastgoed die van belang zijn voor gemeenten, investeerders en gebruikers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDe overname van de functie bij Confluence biedt mij de mogelijkheid om mijn ervaringen in te brengen in een groeiende structuur. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat mijn uitgebreide visie de huidige economische actoren ten goede zal komen\u201c, verklaarde Bouteiller.<\/p>\n<p>Matthieu Portal, directeur van Confluence Frankrijk, benadrukte dat de komst van Bouteiller de capaciteit van het bedrijf versterkt om een werkelijk ge\u00efntegreerde benadering van logistieke en industri\u00eble projecten aan te bieden. Gezien de toenemende uitdagingen door beperkte beschikbaarheid van ruimte en stijgende regelgevende en milieueisen, is Bouteillers kennis van de uitdagingen op het gebied van ruimteontwikkeling een essentieel voordeel om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n<p>GSE, opgericht in 1976, is gespecialiseerd in commercieel vastgoed en neemt de volledige projectafhandeling voor zijn rekening, van het zoeken naar locaties tot aan de after-sales service. Het bedrijf heeft in het boekjaar 2024\/25 een omzet van 808 miljoen EUR behaald en heeft meer dan 600 medewerkers in 20 locaties wereldwijd.
