Deze projecten beslaan meer dan 84.000 vierkante meter en zullen ongeveer 500 nieuwe banen cre\u00ebren. Het initiatief moet de aanhoudende groeidynamiek van de KEZAD Group benadrukken.<\/p>\n<p>Onder de nieuwe projecten bevindt zich onder andere Haber\/Elixir, dat een menginstallatie voor olievelden zal bouwen. Grand Line Industries plant de bouw van een productiefaciliteit voor autowasproducten, terwijl Precent Enterprises Metals Coating een installatie voor metaalvorm- en coating zal ontwikkelen. Daarnaast zal de Unibal Group Investment haar tweede industrie- en logistiek magazijn in het emiraat Abu Dhabi en een eerste project in KEZAD Al Ain, bekend als Unibal Park II, realiseren. Al Lul Transport &amp; General Contracting zal bovendien investeren in een industrie- en logistiek magazijn in KEZAD Al Ma&#8217;mourah.<\/p>\n<p>De nieuwe projecten maken deel uit van de groeistrategie van de KEZAD Group, die in 2025 al over 73,6 vierkante kilometer pachtgrond beschikte en 3,3 vierkante kilometer netto nieuwe pachtcontracten registreerde.
