Het doel van deze overeenkomst is de gelijke deelname van Toyota aan het joint venture cellcentric, dat zich richt op de ontwikkeling en productie van brandstofcelsystemen voor zware commerci\u00eble toepassingen, zoals Toyota in een mededeling schrijft.<\/p>\n<h3>Gezamenlijke versterking van de brandstofceltechnologie<\/h3>\n<p>Het partnerschap tussen de drie bedrijven is volgens bedrijfsinformatie gericht op het bundelen van de respectieve competenties en het bevorderen van de ontwikkeling van oplossingen op het gebied van brandstofceltechnologie. Toyota wil zijn expertise en ervaring inbrengen in het joint venture om de positie van cellcentric als fabrikant van brandstofcelsystemen te versterken.
