Het bedrijf zal het gehele nieuwste gebouw in het park betrekken, met een oppervlakte van 5.437 m\u00b2, waaronder 333 m\u00b2 kantoorruimte.<\/p>\n<p>Martin \u010cih\u00e1k, Leasing- en Customer Experience Manager bij Prologis, sprak zijn tevredenheid uit over de snelle ondertekening van het contract: \u201eHet contract is in recordtijd \u2013 binnen een week na de eerste bezichtiging \u2013 ondertekend. Deze snelheid bevestigt de hoge vraag naar hoogwaardige logistieke ruimtes op toplocaties, evenals onze capaciteit om snel in te spelen op de behoeften van klanten.\u201c Hij voegde eraan toe dat de nieuwe faciliteit Linsans verdere groei zal ondersteunen.<\/p>\n<p>Linsan is van plan de nieuwe ruimtes voornamelijk te gebruiken voor de bevoorrading van zijn uitgebreide netwerk van levensmiddelenwinkels in heel Tsjechi\u00eb. Het nieuwe logistieke centrum nabij Praag stelt ons in staat de capaciteiten te vergroten, de processen te optimaliseren en een solide basis te cre\u00ebren voor verdere ontwikkeling.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Automatisering als onderdeel van de strategische ontwikkeling<\/h3>\n<p>Het gebouw zal worden uitgerust met geavanceerde automatiseringstechnologie\u00ebn die via het Prologis Essentials-platform worden aangeboden. Dit platform ondersteunt klanten bij het optimaliseren van hun logistieke processen door middel van turn-key oplossingen zoals LED-verlichting, opslagsystemen, transportsystemen, laadstations voor elektrische voertuigen en potenti\u00eble zonne-energieoplossingen ter plaatse.<\/p>\n<p>Tot de technologie\u00ebn behoren een geautomatiseerd palletbeweegingssysteem binnen de opslagsystemen (UPC Shuttle-systeem) en technologie\u00ebn die een effici\u00ebnte palletverwerking met minimale handmatige tussenkomst mogelijk maken (EPS \u2013 Electric Pallet Shuttle). Deze systemen zijn ontworpen om de ruimtebenutting in het magazijn te maximaliseren, de snelheid en nauwkeurigheid van de goederenafhandeling te verhogen en de operationele effici\u00ebntie op lange termijn te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n<h3>Duurzaamheid centraal in het gebouw<\/h3>\n<p>Het gebouw in Prologis Park Prague-Chr\u00e1\u0161\u0165any is ontworpen in overeenstemming met de langetermijnverbintenis van Prologis aan duurzaamheid. Het is uitgerust met warmtepompen die zowel de opslag- als kantoorruimtes verwarmen zonder gebruik te maken van aardgas, evenals moderne LED-verlichting met slimme sensoren.<\/p>\n<p>Het dak is voorbereid voor de installatie van zonnepanelen, en het gebouw maakt gebruik van een slim meetsysteem dat continue monitoring en optimalisatie van het energieverbruik mogelijk maakt. De faciliteit is ontwikkeld met behulp van BIM (Building Information Modeling) en heeft de BREEAM-certificering ontvangen.
