(SKL) begin deze maand een nieuwe locatie met hoofdkantoor en magazijn in de Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone heeft geopend (foto), voert organisatorische veranderingen door die op 1 april 2026 van kracht zullen worden. Deze maatregelen zijn gericht op het verhogen van de effici\u00ebntie van het management en het versterken van de verkoopcapaciteiten van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n<h3>Herstructurering van de Regionale Hoofdkantoren<\/h3>\n<p>In het kader van de herziening van de verantwoordelijkheden van de regionale hoofdkantoren zal er een nieuw hoofdkantoor worden opgericht voor de regio&#8217;s Zuid-Azi\u00eb, Midden-Oosten en Afrika. Deze beslissing is bedoeld om de management- en verkoopbasis in de groeiende markt Zuid-Azi\u00eb te versterken en synergie\u00ebn tussen de regio&#8217;s te cre\u00ebren. Bovendien zal de Russische dochteronderneming worden overgebracht naar de afdeling voor bedrijfsplanning en -beheer (CPA) om de governance-structuur van het bedrijf verder te versterken.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast zal het huidige hoofdkantoor voor Europa, Midden-Oosten en Afrika worden omgedoopt tot hoofdkantoor Europa. Om de organisatorische structuur te optimaliseren, zal het Regional Sales &amp; Marketing Center onder het hoofdkantoor Japan, Taiwan en Korea (JTK) worden opgeheven. De functies van dit centrum zullen worden overgedragen aan de export- en importverkoopafdelingen.<\/p>\n<h3>Herstructurering van de Bedrijfsafdelingen<\/h3>\n<p>Daarnaast zal er een uitgebreide herziening en verbetering van de managementstructuur binnen de hoofddiensten plaatsvinden. In het kader van deze maatregelen zal er een nieuwe afdeling voor bedrijfs personeel (CHR) worden opgericht om het bewustzijn van de wereldwijde HR-richtlijnen van KWE te bevorderen en het informatiebeheer op het gebied van personeel te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>De afdeling voor douanecompliance zal worden losgekoppeld van de CPA en als zelfstandige eenheid worden gereorganiseerd om de juridische kaders in de douaneoperaties te versterken.
