Volgens Condition Monitoring Technologies (CMT) zijn de gevolgen lang niet meer alleen van invloed op de betrokken regio.<\/p>\n<p>Stijgende brandstofkosten en verstoorde transportwegen bemoeilijken de bevoorrading van vloot met technologie, reserveonderdelen en vakpersoneel. Beperkingen in het luchtverkeer verlengen de transporttijden en verhogen de kosten aanzienlijk.<\/p>\n<p>Naast hogere bunkerprijzen en verzekeringspremies treden er steeds meer indirecte effecten op. Vertragingen bij onderhoud en uitrusting be\u00efnvloeden de effici\u00ebntie van machines, de bedrijfszekerheid en de naleving van regelgeving.<\/p>\n<p>Terwijl grote havens over alternatieven beschikken, komen afgelegen locaties onder grotere druk te staan.
