Strengere regelgeving leidt ertoe dat deze tekortkomingen resulteren in ineffici\u00ebntie, compliance-gaten en financi\u00eble verliezen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Wat vroeger eerder kleine technische problemen waren, kan vandaag de dag directe gevolgen hebben voor de economische prestaties van een rederij,&#8220; zei Fussek. Kleinere vlootoperators worden harder getroffen, omdat zij werken met lagere marges, slankere teams en vaak verouderde of gefragmenteerde IT-systemen. Zelfs kleine gegevensfouten kunnen leiden tot niet geslaagde inspecties, verloren opdrachten en een verminderde concurrentiekracht.<\/p>\n<h3>Systemen moeten met groeiende complexiteit meegroeien<\/h3>\n<p>&#8222;Voor kleinere operators kan een enkele storing snel een economisch probleem worden,&#8220; vervolgde Fussek. Niet de grootte is bepalend, maar het vermogen van de systemen om mee te groeien met de toenemende regelgevende en commerci\u00eble complexiteit.<\/p>\n<p>Met ESG-rapportageverplichtingen, CII-beoordelingen, EU ETS en FuelEU als factoren bij charterbeslissingen, wordt gegevenskwaliteit steeds meer het beslissende onderscheidend kenmerk. Opdrachtgevers geven steeds vaker de voorkeur aan operators die consistente en controleerbare gegevens kunnen leveren.<\/p>\n<p>Kleinere operators hebben daarom volgens Kaiko oplossingen nodig die de complexiteit verminderen en realtime inzichten mogelijk maken.
