Deze nieuwe regels, die worden ingevoerd in het kader van het &#8222;EU-mobiliteitspakket I&#8220;, zijn van toepassing op LCV&#8217;s en bestelwagens met een totaalgewicht van meer dan 2,5 ton, die worden ingezet voor internationaal goederenvervoer of cabotage. Vanaf deze datum moeten deze voertuigen zijn uitgerust met een slimme tachograaf van de tweede generatie (G2V2).<\/p>\n<h3>Wijzigingen voor de sector<\/h3>\n<p>De invoering van deze voorschriften vormt volgens het bedrijf een wezenlijke verandering voor de sector, aangezien deze voertuigen tot nu toe waren vrijgesteld van de tachograafverplichtingen. Met de nieuwe regels zijn de chauffeurs verplicht om de EU-rijtijdregels na te leven. Dit omvat onder andere maximale dagelijkse rijbeperkingen en verplichte rustpauzes, die ook gelden voor het personeel van zware vrachtvoertuigen.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast moeten exploitanten tijdens inspecties tachograafgegevens verzamelen, downloaden en presenteren. Dit omvat gegevens van chauffeurskaarten en tot 56 dagen aan registraties. Het niet naleven van deze voorschriften kan leiden tot boetes en handhavingsmaatregelen door de bevoegde autoriteiten.<\/p>\n<h3>Voorbereiding op de nieuwe vereisten<\/h3>\n<p>AssetGo benadrukt dat de aanstaande deadline exploitanten dwingt om geschikte technologie\u00ebn en processen te implementeren om te voldoen aan de verhoogde compliance-eisen. Om deze uitdagingen aan te gaan, biedt het bedrijf een oplossing aan die is gebaseerd op zijn tachograafanalyse- en rijtijdsoftware. Deze software stelt exploitanten in staat om de chauffeursactiviteit te monitoren, de voorschriften na te leven en de administratieve last te verminderen.<\/p>\n<p>Het platform van AssetGo biedt geautomatiseerde tachograafanalyses die de chauffeursactiviteiten afstemmen op de geldende voorschriften. Bovendien maakt het de download van chauffeur- en voertuiggegevens mogelijk, inclusief ferndownloads.
