De verbinding strekt zich uit over ongeveer 2.500 km en loopt van Castelguelfo in de noord-Italiaanse provincie Parma naar Fr\u00f6vi in de centrale Zweedse regio \u00d6rebro. Deze nieuwe route, <a href=\"https:\/\/online.fliphtml5.com\/bwrte\/ITJ_2026_02_EN\/index.html#p=24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">die eind februari 2026 van start ging<\/a>, maakt deel uit van de uitbreiding van de activiteiten van TX Logistik in het Europese spoorweggoederenvervoer op de noord-zuidas.<\/p>\n<h3>Effici\u00ebnte transportoplossing tussen twee landen<\/h3>\n<p>De nieuwe service wordt als bloktrein voor Nurminen Logistics ge\u00ebxploiteerd en biedt een snelle transittijd tussen de twee landen. De treinen zijn doorgaans meer dan 500 m lang en vervoeren voornamelijk containers met voedsel, dranken, tegels, cellulose, hout, papier en staal, evenals andere goederen. De verbinding tussen Castelguelfo en Fr\u00f6vi vormt de langste doorlopende corridor in het Europese netwerk van TX Logistik.<\/p>\n<p>Sabrina De Filippis, CEO van FS Logistix, benadrukt het belang van deze verbinding: \u201eDe lokale expertise van onze teams in vijf landen komt samen met grensoverschrijdende samenwerking. Met deze nieuwe route dragen we niet alleen bij aan de versterking van de handelsrelaties tussen Itali\u00eb en Zweden, maar sturen we ook een sterk signaal voor de internationale verbinding.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Olli Pohjanvirta, CEO van Nurminen Logistics, wijst erop dat de transittijd van ongeveer twee tot drie dagen een snelle en emissiearme alternatieve biedt voor het wegvervoer tussen de twee landen. \u201eDoor de combinatie van een speciale bloktrein met de flexibiliteit om deelladingen te vervoeren, kunnen we betrouwbare en emissiearme transportdiensten aanbieden voor een breder klantenbestand, inclusief de detailhandel,\u201d legt Pohjanvirta uit.<\/p>\n<h3>Historische betekenis van het station Fr\u00f6vi<\/h3>\n<p>Fr\u00f6vi speelt sinds de 19e eeuw een belangrijke rol als Scandinavisch spoorwegknooppunt. De lading vindt in Zweden plaats op donderdag en in Castelguelfo op maandag. De noordroute loopt van Castelguelfo via Chiasso, Bazel, Hamburg, Padborg, de \u00d6resundbrug en Malm\u00f6 naar Fr\u00f6vi. Mercitalia Rail exploiteert de service van Castelguelfo naar Chiasso, terwijl TX Logistik de tractie van Chiasso naar Fr\u00f6vi verzorgt met moderne multisysteemlocomotieven.
