De samenwerking, die in 2021 begon, richt zich op het optimaliseren van de logistieke processen en het verminderen van de ecologische voetafdruk. De locatie in Ch\u00e2tres, Seine-et-Marne, dient als voorbeeld van de integratie van economische effici\u00ebntie, technologische innovatie en milieuvresponsabiliteit.<\/p>\n<h3>Groei en uitbreiding van de logistieke capaciteiten<\/h3>\n<p>Sinds de opening van het magazijn is de bedrijfsoppervlakte verdubbeld van 18.000 m\u00b2 naar 36.000 m\u00b2, met een geplande uitbreiding naar ongeveer 54.000 m\u00b2 tegen het einde van 2027. De verwerkte volumes zijn ook gestegen: in 2022 werden 1,2 miljoen eenheden verwerkt, en voor 2026 wordt een doel van 3 miljoen eenheden nagestreefd, wat een stijging van 36% ten opzichte van 2025 betekent. Bovendien ondersteunt het magazijn de integratie van ManoMano-logistieke oplossingen voor marktplaatsverkopers, die zijn gestegen van 393 handelaren in 2021 naar 915 in 2025.<\/p>\n<h3>Technologische innovaties ter verhoging van de effici\u00ebntie<\/h3>\n<p>Het magazijn in Ch\u00e2tres is ontworpen om een breed scala aan producten te verwerken, van kleine artikelen tot volumineuze goederen. Het maakt gebruik van een gemecahniseerd transportsysteem voor de automatisering van de pakket sortering en distributie. Daarnaast heeft het magazijn specifieke expertise ontwikkeld voor de omgang met kwetsbare en gevaarlijke producten, om de logistieke processen onder hoge operationele eisen te optimaliseren.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Grenier, algemeen directeur van ID Logistics Frankrijk, sprak zich uit over de samenwerking: \u201eWe zijn blij dat we ManoMano de afgelopen vijf jaar hebben ondersteund. Deze samenwerking weerspiegelt onze visie op strategisch co-management, gebaseerd op data, operationele uitmuntendheid en innovatie.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Duurzaamheid in de focus<\/h3>\n<p>In 2025 registreerde ManoMano een vermindering van de getransporteerde volumes met 28,9% ten opzichte van het voorgaande jaar. Het transport vindt voornamelijk plaats via zee- en wegtransport, terwijl luchtvracht is uitgesloten. Bovendien is de lege ruimte in de vrachtwagens geoptimaliseerd door operationele maatregelen en technologische hulpmiddelen, wat resulteerde in een gemiddelde beladingsgraad van 48%.<\/p>\n<p>Een ander element van de duurzaamheidsstrategie is het programma \u201eSecond Life\u201c, dat de hergebruik van geretourneerde producten bevordert. In 2025 maakte dit programma 68% uit van de Second-Life-activiteiten van ManoMano. Daarnaast wordt 100% van de gebruikte karton als opvulmateriaal voor kwetsbare artikelen hergebruikt.<\/p>\n<h3>Vooruitzicht op de toekomst<\/h3>\n<p>Vanaf 2026 zijn ManoMano en ID Logistics van plan om initiatieven voor de herbruikbaarheid van verpakkingen te versnellen en pouches in te voeren als vervanging voor karton voor 10% van het productaanbod. Tegen 2030 moet de decarbonisatie van de toeleveringsketen verder worden bevorderd, met name door de elektrificatie van de eerste mijl en de consolidatie van de laatste mijl in stedelijke
