Deze beslissing maakt deel uit van de groeistrategie van het bedrijf, dat al in 2025 bindende contracten voor zijn eerste investering in Duitsland had ondertekend, zo meldt het.<\/p>\n<h3>Expansie in Duitsland<\/h3>\n<p>7R, dat voor het grootste deel in handen is van NSF 5, een fonds dat wordt beheerd door Urban Partners, streeft naar een gerichte expansie in Duitsland. De Europese stedelijke ontwikkelingsinvesteerder Urban Partners beheert een vermogen van 25 miljard euro. De portefeuille van 7R omvat meer dan 2 miljoen vierkante meter logistiek en industri\u00eble vastgoed, waarvan 250.000 vierkante meter in Duitsland ligt of in ontwikkeling is.
