Hitoshi Matsuoka (links) zal fungeren als Global CEO, terwijl Thomas Hibinger (rechts) de verantwoordelijkheid voor de regio&#8217;s EMEA en APAC op zich neemt. Aaron M. Jones (midden) zal als CEO voor de regio Americas werkzaam zijn. De offici\u00eble lancering van TAL is gepland voor 1 april 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Integratie van competenties en diensten<\/h3>\n<p>Met de oprichting van TAL worden de competenties van Bastian Solutions, de warehousing-activiteiten van Vanderlande en viastore onder \u00e9\u00e9n gezamenlijke merk gebundeld. Het doel is om een ge\u00efntegreerd aanbod van schaalbare systemen, softwareoplossingen en uitgebreide lifecycle services voor logistiek en automatisering te bieden. Hitoshi Matsuoka benadrukt dat de benoeming van Hibinger en Jones de ambitie van TICO weerspiegelt om de technologische expertise en serviceverlening van de groep verder uit te breiden en een uniforme klantervaring te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n<p>De markt voor intralogistiek groeit dynamisch, aangedreven door toenemende eisen aan leveringssnelheid en ordernauwkeurigheid. Dit varieert van de automatisering van handmatige processen in voorraadmagazijnen tot de optimalisatie van hooggeautomatiseerde distributiecentra die door grote e-commerceplatforms worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategische richting en marktkansen<\/h3>\n<p>Hitoshi Matsuoka, die sinds 1990 in verschillende functies bij Toyota werkzaam is, benadrukt dat de visie van Hibinger en Jones aanzienlijk heeft bijgedragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de geautomatiseerde intralogistiek.
