De e-geoptimaliseerde K\u00f6gel Light Plus is gebaseerd op de beproefde K\u00f6gel Light Plus en kenmerkt zich door een lichtgewicht constructie die een hogere laadcapaciteit mogelijk maakt en het brandstofverbruik vermindert. Deze oplegger is geschikt voor alle merken elektrische trekkers en kan in verschillende sectoren worden ingezet.<\/p>\n<p>Met de toenemende verspreiding van emissievrije vrachtwagens in Europa wint de EU-richtlijn 96\/53\/EG aan belang. Deze richtlijn staat een verhoging van het maximaal toegestane totaalgewicht voor e-trekkers toe met tot 2 ton, om het extra gewicht van de batterijen te compenseren. Tegelijkertijd moeten echter de bestaande massa- en aslastlimieten worden gerespecteerd, wat in de praktijk tot uitdagingen kan leiden. In het bijzonder kan het extra gewicht van de batterijen ertoe leiden dat de toegestane achteraslasten worden overschreden, wanneer het gewicht niet gelijkmatig is verdeeld.<\/p>\n<p>De EU-richtlijn staat een totaalgewicht van maximaal 42 ton toe voor e-trekkers, terwijl de limiet voor dieselmotoren op 40 ton ligt. De toegestane last op de aandrijfas blijft echter maximaal 11,5 ton. In combinatie met een standaard oplegger kan dit ertoe leiden dat de aandrijfas overbelast raakt, wat de beschikbare laadcapaciteit van de oplegger vermindert. Fabrikanten van voertuigen staan daarom voor de uitdaging om het extra gewicht van de elektrische aandrijvingen in de aslastverdeling te integreren, zonder de wettelijke grenswaarden te overschrijden.<\/p>\n<h3>Innovatieve oplossing voor transportbedrijven<\/h3>\n<p>De e-geoptimaliseerde K\u00f6gel Light Plus biedt een oplossing voor deze uitdagingen. Door een met 300 mm verkorte wielbasis van de koningpin tot de eerste traileras wordt de druk op de aandrijfas van de trekker met tot 2 ton verminderd in vergelijking met een standaard zeilvoertuig. Dit helpt om overbelasting van de aandrijfas te voorkomen. Bovendien zorgt de korte asafstand ervoor dat de bandenslijtage bij bochten niet toeneemt, en het rijgedrag van de oplegger blijft zowel in beladen als in onbeladen toestand optimaal.<\/p>\n<p>Transportondernemers die een e-vrachtwagen met een standaardtrailer inzetten, kunnen rekenen op een maximale laadcapaciteit van ongeveer 20 ton. Met de e-geoptimaliseerde K\u00f6gel Light Plus kan, afhankelijk van het type e-trekker, een extra laadcapaciteit van tot 4 ton worden gerealiseerd. In combinatie met een systeem voor dynamische wielbasisregeling kan de laadcapaciteit met nog eens 1 ton worden verhoogd, zodat het maximaal toegestane totaalgewicht van 42 ton volledig kan worden
