Deze beslissing maakt deel uit van de strategie van het bedrijf om de leiderschapsstructuur te versterken en de positie op de Oost-Europese markt uit te breiden. Palec-Furga brengt meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in de sector mee, die ze heeft opgedaan in verschillende functies bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen, General Sales and Service Agents (GSSAs) en luchthavens in Polen.<\/p>\n<p>Pawel Kazmierczak, CEO van 4RCargo, uitte zich over de benoeming en benadrukte dat het bedrijf zijn vijfde bedrijfsjaar ingaat en de behaalde vooruitgang wil benutten om de marktpositie verder te verstevigen. &#8222;Sinds de oprichting van 4RCargo hebben we lokale expertise geprioriteerd, en dit blijft centraal staan in ons bedrijf,&#8220; aldus Kazmierczak. Hij voegde eraan toe dat de benoeming van Palec-Furga de inzet van het bedrijf weerspiegelt om regionale kennis te combineren met operationele excellentie.<\/p>\n<p>In haar nieuwe rol zal Palec-Furga het managementteam ondersteunen om de uitbreiding naar nieuwe markten te bevorderen en tegelijkertijd de sterke verbindingen in Oost-Europa te behouden. &#8222;4RCargo blijft uitbreiden als GSSA, en ik kijk ernaar uit om een rol te spelen in de groei van het bedrijf in de komende jaren,&#8220; zei Palec-Furga.<\/p>\n<p>De ontwikkelingen op de Oost-Europese luchtvrachtmarkt verlopen snel, en 4RCargo ziet zich goed gepositioneerd om te opereren met operationele ervaring en een moderne aanpak.
