Dit 19-zitplaatsen tellende vliegtuig (er is ook een pure vrachtversie gepland met 21 m\u00b3 en 2 t capaciteit), ontwikkeld door AURA AERO uit Toulouse, moet bijdragen aan de decarbonisatie van de luchtvaart. Pan Europ\u00e9enne is sinds het begin van het programma partner en heeft onlangs deelgenomen aan elektrische tests met het project INTEGRAL E.<\/p>\n<p>De co-directeuren van Pan Europ\u00e9enne, Antoine Foessel en Cl\u00e9ment Jacquot, gaven commentaar op de beslissing: \u201eDe ambities en waarden van AURA AERO sluiten perfect aan bij onze visie op toekomstgerichte luchtvaart. De technologische en industri\u00eble keuzes die zijn gemaakt bij de ontwikkeling van de ERA zijn uiterst relevant gebleken. Daarom hebben we besloten dit vliegtuig te kiezen om het eerste aanbod voor gedecarboniseerde luchtvaart in de geschiedenis aan te bieden.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Technische kenmerken van de ERA<\/h3>\n<p>De ERA is ontwikkeld om de regionale luchtvaart nieuw leven in te blazen en tegelijkertijd de decarbonisatie te versnellen. Het beschikt over acht elektrische ENGINeUS-motoren van Safran, die als de eerste wereldwijd gecertificeerde elektrische motoren worden beschouwd. Daarnaast zijn er twee turbogeneratoren ge\u00efntegreerd die compatibel zijn met duurzame vliegtuigbrandstof (SAF). Het vliegtuig biedt een intelligente besturing die schakelt tussen hybride en elektrische fasen en heeft een bereik van tot 900 zeemijlen (1.500 km). Volgens AURA AERO kan de ERA de CO\u2082-uitstoot met tot 80% verminderen.<\/p>\n<p>De vraag naar de ERA is hoog, met bijna 700 uitgesproken bestellingen van 16 internationale operators, wat een potentieel ordervolume van 12 miljard USD vertegenwoordigt.
