Zijn voorgangster Elaine Kerr zal in de toekomst als voorzitter van het bedrijf werkzaam zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Justin Pegg brengt meer dan 35 jaar ervaring bij DPD met zich mee en is sinds 2016 lid van het Senior Leadership Team. Sinds 2020 is hij bovendien als Executive Director actief. In zijn nieuwe functie zal Pegg niet alleen CEO van DPD UK zijn, maar ook hoofd van het cluster UK\/Ierland.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategische herori\u00ebntatie onder nieuwe leiding<\/h3>\n<p>Elaine Kerr zal als voorzitter de strategische richting van DPD UK blijven vormgeven en nauw samenwerken met de Executive Board van het bedrijf. Yves Delmas, CEO van Geopost, sprak positief over de benoeming van Pegg en benadrukte zijn leiderschapskwaliteiten en zijn uitgebreide kennis van het bedrijf. Delmas wenste Pegg veel succes in zijn nieuwe rol en verzekerde hem van de steun van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n<p>Kerr wordt erkend voor haar uitstekende leiderschap en inzet in de afgelopen viereneenhalf jaar. Onder haar leiding heeft het bedrijf opmerkelijke successen behaald en een positieve ontwikkeling doorgemaakt. Delmas benadrukte dat Kerr een blijvende indruk achterlaat en wenste haar veel succes in haar nieuwe functie.<\/p>\n<p>DPD UK maakt deel uit van Geopost, een Europese marktleider op het gebied van pakketbezorging en e-commerceoplossingen. Het bedrijf heeft meer dan 10.000 voertuigen in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en levert jaarlijks meer dan 360 miljoen pakketten af. In 2024 behaalde DPD UK voor de negende keer op rij de eerste plaats in de klanttevredenheidsonderzoek van Money Saving Expert.<\/p>\n<p>In november 2023 opende DPD een nieuw filiaal in de London Docklands om een voornamelijk elektrische bezorgdienst binnen de Noord- en Zuidring aan te bieden. Momenteel is 38% van de totale bezorgvloot elektrisch aangedreven, terwijl de 1.600 zware bedrijfsvoertuigen voornamelijk op HVO (gehydrogeneerde plantaardige olie) rijden.
