Het perceel aan de Arthur-Ladebeck-Stra\u00dfe zal tot eind 2026 door Thyssenkrupp Schulte als verkooplocatie worden gebruikt, voordat Garbe Regeneration het terrein overneemt. Thyssenkrupp Schulte, een bedrijf binnen Thyssenkrupp Materials Services, is van plan zijn activiteiten in Bielefeld in de toekomst op de locatie S\u00fcdring te concentreren.<\/p>\n<h3>Geplande gebruik van het terrein<\/h3>\n<p>Rick M\u00e4del, directeur van Garbe Regeneration, sprak zich over de plannen voor het terrein als volgt uit: \u201eWe hebben al een bouwvergunning en idee\u00ebn voor de realisatie van het Garbe Industrial Park Bielefeld.\u201c Het bedrijf onderzoekt echter nog alternatieve gebruiksmogelijkheden voordat een definitieve beslissing wordt genomen. Met deze verwerving wil Garbe Regeneration, dat in augustus 2025 werd opgericht, zich positioneren op de markt voor grondrevitalisering.
