De enqu\u00eate, die meer dan 3.000 professionals uit verschillende sectoren, waaronder detailhandel, groothandel en productie, ondervroeg, benadrukt de uitdagingen waarmee bedrijven tot 2026 geconfronteerd worden, zoals de bedrijven rapporteren.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens de enqu\u00eate maakt momenteel 68% van de bedrijven gebruik van een oplossing voor routing en planning (R&amp;S). Toch blijkt er een duidelijke &#8222;tevredenheidskloof&#8220; op de markt. Slechts 10% van de respondenten gaf aan &#8222;zeer tevreden&#8220; te zijn met hun huidige leverancier. 46% van de deelnemers uitte zich neutraal, terwijl 20% ontevreden is. De gegevens wijzen erop dat bijna 30% van de bedrijven in de komende drie jaar ge\u00efntegreerde planningen voor gebieden en dagelijkse schema&#8217;s nastreeft. Bovendien hecht 26% van de respondenten waarde aan voorspellende schattingen van levertijden.<\/p>\n<h3>Optimalisatie als sleutel tot tevredenheid<\/h3>\n<p>Een van de centrale bevindingen is dat de neutrale tevredenheidsrate van 46% wordt gezien als een uitnodiging om een hogere servicenorm te bieden. ORTEC is van plan om de 24% van de gebruikers die op zoek zijn naar geautomatiseerde en dynamische route-aanpassingen, gericht aan te spreken om van &#8222;neutraal&#8220; naar &#8222;tevreden&#8220; te gaan. Daarnaast toont de enqu\u00eate aan dat de vraag naar technologische oplossingen toeneemt. C-level executives (9%) en directeuren (36%) stimuleren steeds meer de invoering van nieuwe technologie\u00ebn.
