In het kader van deze herori\u00ebntatie zijn er drie nieuwe managementposities gecre\u00eberd die de voortdurende uitbreiding van het bedrijf moeten ondersteunen.<\/p>\n<p>John Fields (foto) is benoemd tot president, Coleman Byrne neemt de rol van Chief Financial Officer op zich, en Christine Davin wordt Chief Operating Officer. Deze bevorderingen weerspiegelen volgens Martin Browne, de Chief Executive Officer van IAT Leasing, de uitgebreide taken die het managementteam dagelijks op zich neemt. Browne benadrukt dat de nieuwe structuur het bedrijf goed positioneert voor de toekomst, terwijl het zijn platform uitbreidt.<\/p>\n<p>Magnus Stephensen, de voorzitter van IAT Leasing, voegt toe dat met de groei van het platform een duidelijke verantwoordelijkheidsstructuur en diepgaande ervaring op managementniveau noodzakelijk zijn. De nieuwe benoemingen moeten de capaciteit van het bedrijf versterken om consistent en op grotere schaal te opereren.<\/p>\n<p>De nieuw gecre\u00eberde posities formaliseren de leiderschapsverantwoordelijkheid op het gebied van commerci\u00eble strategie, financieel management en operationele uitvoering.
