China Eastern Air Logistics Co., Ltd. (CEAL) heeft in samenwerking met L\u00f6dige Industries een nieuwe generatie van geautomatiseerde, hoogcapacitatieve transportvoertuigen (AGV&#8217;s) in gebruik genomen. Deze AGV&#8217;s zijn speciaal ontworpen voor het flexibele en volledig automatische transport van Unit Load Devices (ULD&#8217;s) en zijn nu operationeel in vrachtterminal 4 van de luchthaven.<\/p>\n<h3>Effici\u00ebntieverbetering door geautomatiseerde systemen<\/h3>\n<p>In totaal zijn er zes AGV&#8217;s succesvol ge\u00efmplementeerd, die elk tot 6,8 ton kunnen vervoeren. Deze voertuigen zijn bedoeld om de effici\u00ebntie en automatisering in de luchtvrachtafhandeling aanzienlijk te verbeteren. De AGV&#8217;s zijn volledig ge\u00efntegreerd in het Cargo Management System (CMS) van L\u00f6dige, dat een geoptimaliseerde planning, controle en opvolging van de vrachtstroom mogelijk maakt. Door het gebruik van realtime data-analyse biedt het systeem visuele inzichten op mobiele apparaten, wat een nauwkeurige en effici\u00ebnte vrachtbeheer ondersteunt.<\/p>\n<p>Weddy Pan, Senior Deputy Manager van de Operations Quality Management Division bij CEAL, sprak positief over de implementatie: \u201eHet systeem van L\u00f6dige heeft onze verwachtingen ver overtroffen en ons bedrijfsmodel volledig getransformeerd. Het heeft onze logistieke processen effici\u00ebnter en flexibeler gemaakt en ons optimaal voorbereid op toekomstige groei.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Nicholas Tripptree, Managing Director van L\u00f6dige Industries voor de regio Azi\u00eb-Pacific, benadrukte het belang van het AGV-systeem: \u201eOns AGV-systeem is een krachtige enabler voor effici\u00ebntie en automatisering in luchtvrachtterminals. We zijn trots om samen te werken met CEAL om deze geavanceerde technologie in te voeren en hen te helpen de effici\u00ebntie te verhogen en nieuwe normen voor vrachtoperaties te stellen.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Voordelen van de AGV&#8217;s voor de vrachtoperatie<\/h3>\n<p>De nieuwe AGV&#8217;s bieden een verhoogde operationele flexibiliteit door de afhankelijkheid van handmatige transportmethoden te verminderen en de routeoptimalisatie te ondersteunen. Dit vermindert de noodzaak voor vaste infrastructuren en maakt dynamische vrachtstromen mogelijk. De datagestuurde intelligentie van de AGV&#8217;s zorgt voor een nauwkeurige controle, minimaliseert het risico op schade aan ULD&#8217;s en ondersteunt de operatie 24\/7. Hierdoor kunnen medewerkers zich concentreren op waarde toevoegende taken.<\/p>\n<p>Alle zes AGV&#8217;s zijn in Duitsland vervaardigd en hebben strenge tests ondergaan om een constante kwaliteit en prestatie te waarborgen. De AGV-vloot harmoniseert bovendien met het eerste Lift-and-Run-systeem van China, dat ook door L\u00f6dige Industries is geleverd, en verhoogt zo de doorvoer en operationele intelligentie in de terminal.<\/p>\n<p>De samenwerking tussen CEAL en L\u00f6dige Industries ontwikkelt zich verder, waarbij eerdere samenwerkingen onder andere de renovatie van een Elevating Transfer Vehicle (ETV) systeem en de levering van een Transfer Vehicle (TV) systeem omvatten. Dit onderstreept de gezamenlijke inzet van beide bedrijven voor innovaties op het gebied van luchtvrachtlogistiek.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lodige.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"
