Volgens een analyse van NTT DATA, een aanbieder van AI- en technologie-diensten, zouden deze trends tot 2030 de manier waarop producten worden vervaardigd, aanzienlijk kunnen veranderen. Het bedrijf wijst op twee megatrends.<\/p>\n<h3>Trend 1: Humano\u00efde robots als nieuwe automatiseringsniveau<\/h3>\n<p>Humano\u00efde robots, die in vorm en beweging de mens nabootsen, vormen een nieuwe ontwikkelingsfase in de automatisering, aldus NTT DATA. Deze machines zijn in staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en zich aan veranderende omstandigheden aan te passen. Dit onderscheidt hen van traditionele industri\u00eble robots, die afhankelijk zijn van handmatig geprogrammeerde routines en doorgaans alleen in gecontroleerde omgevingen effectief kunnen werken. Het gebruik van humano\u00efde robots kan ertoe leiden dat menselijke arbeidskrachten in bepaalde gebieden van de productie minder noodzakelijk worden.<\/p>\n<h3>Trend 2: De visie van de autonome fabriek<\/h3>\n<p>Een andere trend die NTT DATA benadrukt, is de ontwikkeling van autonome fabrieken, ook wel bekend als &#8222;Dark Factory&#8220;. Deze visie beschrijft een productieomgeving waarin machines alle processen zelfstandig overnemen, zonder dat menselijke aanwezigheid vereist is. Hierdoor kan zelfs het licht in de productiehallen worden uitgeschakeld. Hoewel in de praktijk sommige optische sensoren en camera&#8217;s nog steeds afhankelijk zijn van licht, verduidelijkt het concept het doel van een volledig autonome productie.
