Andrius Antanaitis, directeur zakelijke ontwikkeling Europa bij Strike Aviation, sprak in een gesprek over de huidige ontwikkelingen en perspectieven van de markt.<\/p>\n<h3>Sterke volumes ondanks onzekerheden<\/h3>\n<p>Antanaitis beschrijft de wereldwijde marktsituatie als &#8222;luid&#8220;, maar met nog steeds sterke volumes. De systemen van luchtvaartmaatschappijen vertonen nog steeds rode cijfers, terwijl de vluchten volledig bezet zijn en de beschikbare capaciteit minimaal blijft. &#8222;Als de markt zou dalen, zouden de vliegtuigen ruimte hebben, maar we zien het tegendeel&#8220;, aldus Antanaitis. Deze situatie wijst erop dat de vraag naar luchtvracht nog steeds hoog is, ondanks de uitdagingen waarmee de sector momenteel te maken heeft.<\/p>\n<p>Een ander aspect dat Antanaitis benadrukt, is de stijging van de e-commerce-importen uit China. Deze blijven op een hoog niveau, wat ertoe leidt dat veel retourvliegen bijna leeg zijn. Dit heeft tot gevolg dat de exportprijzen tot een onhoudbaar niveau dalen en traditionele exporten minder aantrekkelijk lijken.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategische herori\u00ebntatie en partnerschappen<\/h3>\n<p>Gezien deze ontwikkelingen past Strike Aviation zijn strategische koers aan. Antanaitis ziet een sterk langetermijnpotentieel in Oceani\u00eb en Noordoost-Azi\u00eb, met name in Australi\u00eb, Nieuw-Zeeland, Japan en Korea. Deze routes winnen steeds meer aan belang in de productportfolio van het bedrijf. Bovendien wordt er gewerkt aan nieuwe mogelijkheden die Antanaitis &#8222;Opportunity Airlines&#8220; noemt. Met de steun van partners en makelaars verkoopt Strike Aviation nu capaciteiten voor luchtvaartmaatschappijen zoals Icelandair en voor verschillende Aziatische en Midden-Oosterse luchtvaartmaatschappijen. Dit effent de weg voor langdurige partnerschappen.<\/p>\n<h3>Optimisme ondanks uitdagingen<\/h3>\n<p>Ondanks de onzekerheden op de markt blijft het algemene gevoel er een van gecontroleerd optimisme. Antanaitis meldt dat elke maand de bijbehorende cijfers van het voorgaande jaar overtreft en dat het nieuwe kantoor gekenmerkt wordt door energie en resultaten. Duurzaamheid blijft een centraal aandachtspunt voor het bedrijf. Antanaitis benadrukt dat de markten altijd onderhevig zullen zijn aan schommelingen en dat factoren zoals brandstofprijzen en geopolitieke ontwikkelingen nog steeds onverwachte uitdagingen met zich meebrengen. Daarom ziet hij de taak van Strike Aviation als het ontwikkelen van een netwerk en een productmix die het klanten mogelijk maakt om in elke cyclus vooruit te komen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
